SPOP operates an Article 31 Clinic and Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) program; both are licensed by the New York State Office of Mental Health. The agency receives support from the New York City Office of Health and Mental Hygiene and Office for the Aging; we accept Medicare, Medicaid and many insurance policies.

Please note that SPOP is licensed to provide psychotherapy and does not offer services for memory loss, Alzheimer’s, or substance use disorders as a primary diagnosis. Click here to learn about community resources for those services.
