Full-time Senior Social Worker (LCSW) to support Intensive Outpatient Treatment services for older adults. The position is hybrid, with two days on-site and three days remote. The successful candidate will provide individual and group psychotherapy plus training to clinical staff on behavioral interventions. Annual compensation is $80,000 plus a benefits package. Requirements include:

  • Excellent clinical, organizational, and communications skills
  • New York State LSCW licensure and 3 years experience as a therapist
  • Knowledge of evidence-based practices including trauma-centered modalities
  • Proficiency with an electronic health record

Full-time bilingual (Spanish-English) LMSW clinicians (two positions) to provide individual and group psychotherapy and engagement activities at outpatient clinic satellite locations in Upper Manhattan. Services are offered on-site and via telehealth. No evenings, weekends, or after-hours coverage. Annual compensation is $72,000-$75,000 commensurate with experience, plus benefits package. Requirements include:

  • LMSW licensure in New York State
  • Spanish language fluency
  • Experience working with older adults and using an electronic health record desirable

These two positions include comprehensive diagnostic and psychotherapeutic experience for LCSW licensure. We will provide a signing bonus upon completion of the probationary period.

Full-time Case Manager for PROS/Personalized Recovery Oriented Services to provide psychiatric rehabilitation services for older adults with lived experience of mental health conditions. Successful candidate will oversee a caseload, facilitate groups, and assist participants with concrete services. Compensation is $50,000-$52,000, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements include:

  • BSW/BA or equivalent
  • Experience providing case assistance and/or working with older adults
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable
