Full-time bilingual (Spanish-English) LMSW clinician to provide individual and group psychotherapy and engagement activities at outpatient clinic satellite locations in Upper Manhattan. Services are offered on-site and via telehealth. No evenings, weekends, or after-hours coverage. Annual compensation is $72,000-$75,000 commensurate with experience plus benefits package. Requirements include:
- LMSW licensure in New York State
- Spanish language fluency
- Experience working with older adults and using an electronic health record desirable
Position includes comprehensive diagnostic and psychotherapeutic experience for LCSW licensure. We will provide a signing bonus upon completion of the probationary period.

Full-time Case Manager to provide psychiatric rehabilitation services in our Personalized Recovery Oriented Services (PROS) program for older adults with lived experience of mental health conditions. Position is hybrid (3 days on-site/2 days remote), with no evenings, weekend, or after-hours coverage required. Annual compensation is $50,000-$52,000 commensurate with experience plus benefits package. Requirements include:
- BA or equivalent
- Experience providing case assistance
- Knowledge or interest in group/individual psychiatric rehabilitation
- Spanish fluency is highly desirable
