We are currently seeking a full-time Senior Social Worker (LCSW) to support Intensive Outpatient Treatment services for older adults. The position is hybrid, with two days on-site and three days remote). The successful candidate will provide individual and group psychotherapy plus training to clinical staff on behavioral interventions. Compensation is $80,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements include:
- Excellent clinical, organizational, and communications skills
- New York State LSCW licensure and 3 years experience as a therapist
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices including trauma-centered modalities
- Proficiency with an electronic health record

We are also seeing an full-time Intake Navigator to serve as a member of our intake team to serve as a point person for self-referring clients, with responsibility for data entry, verifying clinic eligibility, and scheduling assessments. Position is hybrid, with two days on site and three days remote. Compensation is $55,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package. Requirements include:
- BSW/BA/or equivalent
- Minimum of two years working with older adults and/or in a behavioral health setting
- Excellent technology skills including Microsoft, Google, Zoom, and electronic health record
