We currently have two open positions:

Community Support Social Worker (full-time/LMSW), responsible for engagement, resource counseling, and mental health recovery counseling for older adults with serious mental illness across SPOP programs. Role is hybrid, with 3 days/week on site, 1 day remote work, and 1 day variable/flexible. No evenings, weekends or after-hours coverage required. Compensation is $70,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.

Bilingual Senior Social Worker (full-time/LCSW/Spanish-English fluency), responsible for clinical services and facilitating Clinic admissions. The position is part of our Intake team; tasks include psychosocial assessments, treatment recommendations, and linkages to most appropriate levels of care. Role is hybrid, with 3 days/week on site and 2 days remote. No evenings, weekends, or after-hours coverage required. Compensation is $75,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package.
